The localized Electro/Magnetorheological Fluid Smart Active Dampers (PG-II, PG-III) apply our Localized Electro/Magnetorheological Fluid and the special damper configuration. The principle could be applied to active dampers, active buffer and earthquake isolation device. The principle is similar to the weblized Electro/Magnetorheological Dampers.
